Job summary

Defending Champion Tennis Academy in the United States seeks a senior leader to oversee our 6-16 high-performance program and build structured pathways for NCAA recruitment.

You will develop a USTA-aligned tiered training system, coach elite players, supervise staff, and ensure quality with 150+ monthly on-court hours while maintaining strong relationships with schools and families.

Qualifications

• Develop and refine a USTA-aligned tiered training system for all skill levels.
• Manage and train elite players (4.0-5.0 NTRP / 8-11 UTR) with 5-6 weekly intensive on-court sessions, including tactical training, match analysis and tournament preparation.
• Lead, train and evaluate assistant coaches to maintain unified high-performance coaching standards.
• Complete minimum 150 monthly on-court hours to ensure consistent training quality.
• Communicate professionally with schools and families to sustain program retention and reputation.
