Workout Anytime Franchising Systems, LLC is seeking a dynamic Appointment Setter in Raleigh to turn leads into booked appointments and drive revenue. You will operate in a production‑based role, earning base pay plus commissions and bonuses.

You will handle 100–150+ outbound calls per shift, follow up with non-responsive leads, and rebook missed appointments to maximize conversions and show rates. Training and advancement opportunities are available within a performance‑driven culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably on the phone.
• Energetic, outgoing and confident on the phone.
• Ability to follow up diligently and manage a high-volume call cadence.
• Basic understanding of fitness is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Turn leads into booked appointments.
• Make 100–150+ outbound calls per shift.
• Follow up with leads who didn’t respond.
• Rebook missed appointments and leverage no-shows as opportunities.
• Set qualified appointments for the coaching team.
• Drive show rate and ultimately revenue.
