Lancaster Behavioral Health Hospital, part of Universal Health Services, Inc., is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time night shift on a 6-month temp assignment with potential to become permanent. The position offers a $60 per hour base rate with an average differential of $69/hr.

Six-month temp-to-perm opportunity and 36 hours per week (7p–7:30a; every other Sat/Sun) are included. Requires PA RN license and CPR at hire; prior psychiatric experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania RN license required.
• CPR certification required upon hire.
• Experience in psychiatric/behavioral health is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient psychiatric nursing care on the night shift.
• Monitor and document patient status, administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective patient care.
