Job summary

Headway Services is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism in Riverside, NJ. This part-time role offers hourly pay and a $500 sign-on bonus, with flexible scheduling to support work-life balance.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise technicians, and train families. Active BCBA certification is required; NJ LBA license preferred or expected soon.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from BACB.
• LBA license for NJ preferred or will be required soon.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians.
