Job summary

Headrise AVA in New Jersey seeks a BCBA to lead ABA programs for children and individuals with autism. This part-time role offers $75-$100 per hour and a $500 sign-on bonus, with in-person/remote/hybrid scheduling for work-life balance.

You will supervise Behavior Technicians, provide parent training, track progress with data, and ensure ethical, compliant practice. Active BCBA certification is required; NJ LBA license is preferred and may be required soon.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• LBA license in New Jersey preferred and may become required.
• Experience with children or individuals with autism preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and create individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians.
• Track progress through data and adjust programs as needed.
