Job summary

LaFontaine Buick GMC Dearborn is looking for an Automotive Service Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards. You will work with a team to diagnose issues, replace parts, and ensure repairs meet quality expectations.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders from dispatcher and take to stall area.
• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions and perform approved repairs.
• Communicate with Parts to obtain needed parts.
• Tag and save parts and return them if under warranty or requested.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure repairs address the customer complaint.
