Job summary

VIVE Collision in Englishtown, NJ is seeking an experienced Auto Body Collision Repair Technician to join a busy shop with steady work and modern equipment. You will perform structural, body, frame, and unibody repairs and assist the estimator with accurate estimates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of auto body collision repair experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR required.
• I-CAR and OEM certifications or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform replacement and repair of bolt-on and weld-on panels per standards.
• Execute structural and non-structural repairs, including airbag replacement and minor mechanical work.
• Meet or exceed performance standards for efficiency, cycle time, and quality.
• Collaborate with Production Managers and Estimators on repair progress and supplements.
• Follow safety protocols, use PPE, and proper disposal guidelines.
• Test drive vehicles after repairs to verify safety and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
