Job summary

VIVE Collision is seeking an Auto Body Collision Repair Technician in North Haven, CT. The role offers full-time hours with a competitive hourly wage and paid training, plus modern equipment and a supportive team.

The position requires at least 2 years of auto body experience, a valid driver’s license, and often I-CAR and OEM training. You will work in a busy shop with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years auto body collision repair experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean MVR.
• I-CAR and OEM certifications or training preferred.
• High school diploma or GED; Vo-Tech preferred.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Must supply your own tools in good condition.
• Strong communication skills in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Perform replacement and repair of bolt-on and weld-on panels per standards.
• Execute structural and non-structural repairs including airbag replacement.
• Meet company performance standards for efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with Production Managers and Estimators on repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and proper PPE usage; dispose of hazardous waste properly.
• Test drive vehicles post-repair to verify safety and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
