Job summary

VIVE Collision is seeking an Auto Body Collision Repair Technician in Morrisville, VT. The role fixes damaged vehicles, performs structural and unibody repairs, and supports estimators with accurate estimates. The shop offers steady work, modern equipment, paid training, and a collaborative team.

Qualified candidates have at least 2 years of auto body experience, own tools, and a valid license. Certifications from I-CAR and OEMs are preferred, along with a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of auto body collision repair experience.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR) required.
• I-CAR and OEM certifications or training preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; Auto Body Vo-Tech certification strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple assignments.

Responsibilities

• Perform replacement and repair of bolt-on and weld-on panels in accordance with manufacturer and company standards.
• Execute structural and non-structural repairs, including airbag replacement and minor mechanical work as needed.
• Meet or exceed company performance standards for technician efficiency, cycle time, and quality to ensure on-time vehicle delivery and low return rates.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with Production Managers and Estimators regarding repair progress, vehicle status, and supplemental needs.
• Follow all safety protocols, utilize required PPE, and adhere to proper repair procedures and hazardous waste disposal guidelines.
• When applicable, test drive vehicles after repairs to verify safe operation, compliance with repair standards, and the quality and effectiveness of completed work.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including proper tool return and management of parts and materials
