Qualifications

• 0-2 years' experience in public accounting with an emphasis in High Net-Worth Taxation.
• Degree in Accounting or related field (Master's in Taxation a plus).
• Ability to deal with highly confidential information.
• Ability to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
• Ability to work effectively on a team.
• Possess a strong desire to learn.
• Ability to work and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare medium/complex federal, state, and local tax returns for high‑net‑worth clients.
• Collaborate with U.S. partners and team members throughout the compliance process.
• Identify and reconcile inconsistencies in documentation provided by partners.
• Apply tax knowledge to bring work to completion for review by senior staff.
• Stay current on tax legislation relevant to partners and ensure proper substantiation.
