Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking a High Net Worth Account Manager in a hybrid role based in our regional offices. You will educate clients, carriers, and underwriters, and develop business from existing accounts while handling coverage placement and premium collection.

You’ll resolve billing issues, monitor change requests, and manage all transactions and communications for assigned accounts, providing informed responses to client inquiries and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active 2-20 insurance license.
• 2-3 years of experience with high-net-worth clientele and relationships with luxury carriers.

Responsibilities

• Inform, educate, and make recommendations to clients, carrier representatives, and underwriters; Develop new business from existing accounts and assigned leads as appropriate.
• Determine acceptability and placement of coverage and collect premium payments when applicable.
• Resolve billing issues and service requests while maintaining timeliness and completeness of information.
• Monitor status of change requests; review policy documents for accuracy and delivery of change documents to clients.
• Oversee the preparation and implementation of all transactions, paperwork, and internal processing for assigned accounts.
• Support clients with standard and complex inquiries regarding coverages, products, and services.
