Radwell International LLC is hiring a High Lift Picker in Arlington, TX to support surplus inventory order fulfillment. The role requires safely operating high lift equipment to pick and move inventory while meeting productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.

The position offers full-time, on-site work with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive benefits. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to obtain the High Lift Picker certification.

Qualificações

Radwell International LLC is hiring a High Lift Picker to support surplus inventory order fulfillment at our Willingboro facility. This role is responsible for safely operating high lift equipment to pick and move surplus inventory while meeting productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate high lift and other warehouse equipment in accordance with training and safety procedures
• Pick surplus inventory at a rate necessary to meet or exceed daily order output goals
• Ensure high lift equipment is properly maintained and functional
• Verify all required safety equipment is in place and used correctly at all times
• Assist with high lift–related tasks when order volume is light
• Support warehouse operations and workflow as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Must be able to pass High Lift Picker certification/exams
• Detail oriented with strong safety awareness

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable working at heights

• Repeated lifting up to 10 lbs, frequent lifting up to 35 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 100 lbs

Work Environment

The work environment is a warehouse setting. Dress attire is casual but professional. Employees are required to wear “Radwear” (company-provided apparel) once issued. Closed-toe, hard-soled shoes are required; safety shoes are recommended. Radwell ID badge and access card must be worn at all times. All employees must adhere to Radwell safety policies and procedures.
