Job summary

Radwell International LLC is hiring a High Lift Picker in Arlington, TX to support surplus inventory order fulfillment. The role requires safely operating high lift equipment to pick and move inventory while meeting productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.

The position offers full-time, on-site work with a Monday–Friday schedule and competitive benefits. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and be able to obtain the High Lift Picker certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of experience operating high lift or similar equipment preferred.
• Must be able to pass High Lift Picker certification/exams.
• Detail oriented with strong safety awareness.
• Basic computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high lift and other warehouse equipment per procedures.
• Pick surplus inventory to meet daily output goals.
• Ensure high lift equipment is maintained and functional.
• Verify safety equipment is in place and used correctly.
• Assist with high lift tasks when volume is light.
• Support warehouse operations and workflow as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
