Qualifications

• Must pass High Lift Picker certification/exams.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate high lift and other warehouse equipment per safety procedures.
• Pick surplus inventory at required rate to meet daily order output.
• Ensure high lift equipment is maintained and functional.
• Verify safety equipment is in place and used correctly.
• Assist with high lift tasks during low order volume.
• Support warehouse operations and workflow as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday-Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Radwell International LLC is hiring a High Lift Picker to support surplus inventory order fulfillment at our Willingboro facility. This role is responsible for safely operating high lift equipment to pick and move surplus inventory while meeting productivity, accuracy, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate high lift and other warehouse equipment in accordance with training and safety procedures
• Pick surplus inventory at a rate necessary to meet or exceed daily order output goals
• Ensure high lift equipment is properly maintained and functional
• Verify all required safety equipment is in place and used correctly at all times
• Assist with high lift-related tasks when order volume is light
• Support warehouse operations and workflow as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of one year of experience operating high lift or comparable equipment preferred
• Must be able to pass High Lift Picker certification/exams
• Detail oriented with strong safety awareness
• Basic computer literacy required

Physical Requirements

The work environment is a warehouse setting. Dress attire is casual but professional. Employees are required to wear "Radwear" (company-provided apparel) once issued.
