You will oversee the full production process, collaborate with designers, gemologists, and suppliers, plan schedules, and ensure flawless quality and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in fine jewelry production, with supervisory exposure.
• Experience with diamonds and colored gemstones in high jewelry.
• Strong knowledge of metals, setting techniques, and finishing.
• GIA/Gem-A or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full production process from design to QA.
• Coordinate designers, gemologists, goldsmiths, and suppliers.
• Plan schedules, budgets, and cost control.
• Ensure quality, feasibility, and safety of gemstones and settings.
• Maintain records, inventories, and production reports.
• Develop and mentor production team.
