Job summary

IntelliSource is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily operations at a fast-paced distribution facility in Fort Worth, TX. You will participate in receiving, unloading, order filling, inventory movement, and shipping to keep products moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate is safety-minded, detail-oriented, and comfortable meeting daily productivity and quality goals in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable, punctual, and able to maintain strong attendance.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and productivity.
Willing to learn new processes, technology, and equipment.
Must be able to successfully complete a background check and drug screen and provide proof of authorization to work in the US.

Responsibilities

Safely and efficiently move merchandise throughout the distribution center in accordance with company, customer, local, state, and federal requirements.
Unload inbound trailers and containers using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Sort, stage, and process merchandise for storage or shipment.
Accurately select and fill store and customer orders by locating, selecting, and verifying products using RF scanners or warehouse management systems.
Load outbound trailers to ensure timely delivery to stores.
Inspect products for damage and verify quantities received and shipped.
