Strategic Focus Educational Services seeks a High Impact Tutor to support students in English Language Arts and Mathematics using district-approved curricula. You will work with Site Leads and leadership to deliver engaging, data-informed instruction that strengthens foundational skills and builds confidence.

This role welcomes educators, aspiring teachers, retirees, paraprofessionals, and students pursuing education degrees, with hours adapting to school partnerships and tutor availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build meaningful relationships with students.
• Reliable transportation to campuses.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate high-quality tutoring sessions for small groups (3–10 students).
• Deliver instruction using approved curriculum with fidelity.
• Monitor progress and adjust support as needed.
• Maintain attendance and program documentation.
• Participate in training and coaching sessions.
• Support school and after-school programs and collaborate with staff.
