Job summary

Strategic Focus Educational Services in Dallas, TX is seeking a High Impact Tutor to provide targeted English Language Arts and Math tutoring within a small-group setting.

You will use our instructional model and district-approved curriculum, deliver data-informed instruction, build student confidence, and work with Site Leads to support student success across partner districts. Hours vary by partnership; candidates should be ready to support both in-school and after-school programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff.
• Wamiliar with safe, supportive classroom practices and student engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tutoring to small groups (3–10 students) in ELA and/or Math.
• Use Structured lesson plans and intervention materials with fidelity.
• Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed.
• Maintain attendance and program documentation.
• Collaborate with Site Leads and Program Leadership to support student success.
