Responsibilities

• Drive personal and team sales through the EGET process.
• Lead and mentor store staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor progress.
• Provide training and development for team members.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure brand compliance and execute opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with District Manager on daily operations.
• Maintain store uptime and resolve escalations promptly.
