You will lead day-to-day activities of the store staff, drive high-performance results in a fast-paced sales environment, and participate in NHU-like training and leadership calls. This hourly role offers opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and ensure store up-time and functionality.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive personal and store sales targets through effective coaching and strategy.
• Resolve customer issues and assist with transactions while maintaining brand standards.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals with the sales team and monitor progress.
• Ensure store merchandising and planogram compliance and proper cash handling.
