Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Led departments of up to 40 team members while driving ops and sales.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Business acumen in sales, labor planning, and profitability.
• Ability to interpret reports and use metrics to set priorities.
• Experience with inventory, payroll processes, and MS Office.
• Ability to obtain firearms sales certification and operate ATF compliance.

Responsibilities
