Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Driving store operations by following our sales process and brand standards.
• Leading your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with transactions.
• Setting and sharing daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Providing training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Running store operations – analyzing staffing, reporting sales data, and managing cash.
• Monitoring inventory, restocking shelves, and ensuring store up-time and security.
• Leading store merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Completing opening/closing activities and achieving targets.
