Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead store by directing day-to-day operations and setting daily/weekly goals.
• Coach sales consultants to achieve performance targets and deliver guest experiences.
• Manage inventory, planogram compliance, and store cleanliness.
• Open/close store, handle cash, and report financial/sales data.
• Provide training and mentorship to deliver outstanding customer experience.
