Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, is seeking a Store Manager to lead the guest experience, coach the team, and drive performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will develop sales consultants, monitor store operations, and participate in weekly leadership calls and new-hire training, with a base pay of $19.00 per hour and uncapped commission potential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a retail, restaurant, or wireless environment.
• 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a sales setting.
• Ability to set goals, evaluate performance and develop a high performing team.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and communicate the company vision to staff.
• Drive personal sales and coach the team to achieve targets and quotas.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding guest experience.
• Manage cash, inventory, and store compliance.
• Oversee merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Open and close the store and supervise daily activities.
• Resolve customer escalations and support store performance metrics.
