Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless industry preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales using the EGET sales process.
• Lead and coach the team to deliver outstanding customer experience.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure brand compliance.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store traffic to meet targets.
• Attend NHU training and weekly sales leadership calls.
