Job summary

You will recruit, train, and coach staff, deliver data-driven decisions, and ensure food safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience
• Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial reporting
