Job summary

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership.
• 1+ year of management experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate a guest-first culture ensuring a welcoming interaction.
• Mentor Shift Managers and team members through training.
• Assist in executing store-level strategies to drive sales.
• Conduct regular food quality checks and coach the team.
