Qualifications

• 2+ years culinary management in a full-service, high-volume setting
• Strong supervision, inventory, and cost control knowledge
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Stable work history and strong work ethic
• Culinary program graduate is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and set a hands-on example
• Coach and develop culinary team members and ensure food quality and consistency
• Help manage labor and other cost centers with effective planning
• Oversee inventories and ordering of food and supplies
• Maintain sanitation and OSHA compliance in the kitchen
