Prudential Overall Supply in Round Rock, TX is seeking a results-driven Sales & Service Manager to lead and develop a team of Customer Sales Representatives and Route Managers.

You will drive customer satisfaction, retention and district growth through coaching, accountability and operational excellence, with a Monday–Friday schedule. If you are a hands-on leader who builds teams and delivers exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• 2+ years of leadership experience (training, coaching, employee relations)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results
• Growth-oriented mindset with strong career ambition
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Military experience is highly valued

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Route Sales Representatives and Route Managers
• Manage and grow a district through strong customer relationships and account retention
• Conduct customer audits, identify opportunities, and resolve service issues
• Train and onboard new Route Drivers/Customer Sales Representatives
• Drive performance through goal setting, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across all customer accounts
