Prudential Overall Supply is seeking a results-oriented manager to lead a team of delivery/customer sales representatives, driving exceptional service and growth within the district.

You will oversee the service team, conduct customer audits, train new Route Driver/Customer Sales Representatives, and maintain an expanding book of accounts. A BA/BS is preferred, military candidates welcomed, with a strong emphasis on communication and independence.

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years in a Customer Service role.
• 2+ years previous responsibility in conducting training, goal setting, managing employees and employee relations.
• Willing to work hard and having a good job tenure and job history.
• Must be growth oriented and career minded.
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Must be able to work independently and resourcefully to meet established goals.
• A good driving record.
• Military-experienced candidates are highly encouraged to apply
