Qualifications

• Proven sales quota history in fast-paced, commission-driven roles.
• Experience in high-velocity environments (auto, telecom, etc.).
• Comfort with high-volume, face-to-face selling and retail/service backgrounds.
• Self-direction with managing your own pipeline and daily tasks.
• Manufactured housing, property management, or leasing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry a sales quota and meet monthly targets.
• Market your inventory across channels and local outreach.
• Convert high demand into closings from showing to signed deal.
• Maintain a full sales pipeline through follow-up and referrals.
• Handle sales agreements, payments, sales tax, and credit checks.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing standards and company policy.
