SCI in Pharr, TX is seeking a sales leader to meet monthly revenue goals and improve conversion, guiding the sales team in prospecting, pricing, and contract execution.

You will collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns, review contracts for compliance, and leverage Salesforce to target warm leads; some local travel is required. A strong sales background and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associates degree preferred.
• Licenses: Series 6 or 7, current in state or within six months; valid driver’s license.
• Experience: 4+ years in outside/inside direct sales; proven goal attainment; CRM and e-contracts experience; Funeral Services industry a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly revenue goals and conversion ratios.
• Develop sales staff skills in prospecting, public speaking, closing, product knowledge, pricing, terms, and electronic contracts.
• Review sales contracts for compliance with processes and regulations; provide feedback to staff.
• Use CRM systems to identify and assign warm leads.
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, target audiences, and advertising to grow market share.
• Develop annual sales plans for associates to support goal attainment.
• Identify and implement innovative solutions; support change initiatives.
