Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores Inc. is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to oversee high-volume, multi-facet restaurants and a fresh kitchen. The role leads staff, ensures customer service excellence, and implements strategies to boost sales and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of restaurant management experience, with proven ability to manage operations with $1M+ annual sales, and to interpret budgets and P&L statements. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years restaurant management experience.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales volume of $1M+.
• 2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements.

Responsabilités

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with food safety adherence.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food prep.
• Assist General Manager with task execution, safety, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Train and develop team to prepare and pack customer orders to meet service standards.
• Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss, to drive business changes.
• Address customer feedback and improve the dining experience.
