Qualifications

• General Manager runs a profitable restaurant and meets McDonald’s standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Leads Department Managers to set goals, monitor progress, and coach staff.
• Background in quick service restaurants or hospitality/retail is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive optimum sales and profitability through staff leadership and planning.
• Coach staff to achieve high levels of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Hire, develop, and retain managers and crew, and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Manage inventories, vendor relations, and monthly audits.
• Ensure health department standards and compliance with regulations.
