Aufgaben

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers, explaining services, and ensuring a positive experience.
• Oversee daily shop operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Coach, train, and supervise technicians and service staff.
• Inspect work and ensure technicians follow proper procedures and company policies.
• Monitor inventory levels and ordering of oils, filters, tires, parts, shop supplies, etc.
• Ensure all services meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications while keeping services moving efficiently.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and upsell additional services when appropriate.
• Scheduling appointments and providing estimates for repairs, state inspections, tires, etc.
• Track sales performance, labor productivity, and key shop metrics.
• Meet sales goals and promote additional services professionally.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work environment.
• Handle deposits, invoices, fleet accounts, discounts, timecards, and other administrative duties.
