Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations and drive performance at our Minnesota location. You will plan, implement, and control all operational activities, including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and financial results.

You will oversee a team, ensure adherence to brand standards, manage customer relations, and maintain high-volume service with strong attention to detail and safety.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a QSR restaurant.
• Dress code: Business Casual or Uniform.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.

Responsibilities
