Job summary

Little Caesars in Sioux Falls area seeks a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, from production and inventory to personnel, sales, marketing and financial performance. You will report to the District Manager of Food Services and ensure the restaurant runs within corporate guidelines.

The role requires at least three years of QSR management, a high school diploma, strong customer service and employee relations skills, and the ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a QSR restaurant facility.
• A High School Diploma is required.
• DRESS CODE: Business Casual or Uniform required by QSR
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, manage, and control all operational-related activities of Little Caesars operations.
• Oversee restaurant operations including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing, and financial performance.
• Ensure the facility is operated within the operational guidelines established by the District Manager of Food Services and Little Caesars Corporate.
