Job summary

Little Caesars is seeking a General Manager in Connecticut reporting to the District Manager with daily responsibility for planning, implementing, managing and controlling all operational activities of our Little Caesars Operations. This role will oversee restaurant operations including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing and financial performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma required.
• 3+ years management experience in a QSR restaurant.
• Business casual or uniform as per policy.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in high-volume settings.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work in varying temperature ranges.
