Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Minimum 3 Years of management experience in a QSR restaurant facility.
• DRESS CODE: Business Casual or Uniform required by QSR
• Must be detail-oriented
• Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills.
• Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation planning, implementation, and control of all restaurant activities.
• Manage product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing and financial performance.
• Ensure facility operates within corporate guidelines set by leadership.
• Report to District Manager of Food Services and align with corporate.
