Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and adjust daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with production, purchasing, logistics, and inventory teams.
• Monitor progress and resolve delays, bottlenecks, or inventory issues.
• Communicate scheduling changes to all departments and record updates.
• Analyze data to identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
• Maintain documentation of schedules and capacity plans in ERP/MRP.
• Support demand forecasting and capacity/manpower planning.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance in scheduling.
