You will handle a 40-50 case docket with a focus on client service and teamwork with the attorney, ensuring accurate and timely preparation of filings and communications.

Qualifications

• Personal injury litigation experience is a plus.
• Sense of urgency and ability to distinguish urgent vs important tasks.
• Empathy and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent note taking and organizational skills.
• Ability to navigate through various computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer service to clients.
• Foster relationships with clients and attorney.
• Manage a docket of 40-50 cases with high client ratings.
• Prepare legal documents, correspondence, demands, pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, deposition notices, and affidavits under a lawyer supervision.
