The attorney will handle a diverse caseload—from inception to resolution—covering pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and potential appeals, while providing strategic legal counsel and collaborating with staff to develop effective case strategies.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Licensed and in good standing with the state bar.
• Bonus potential (performance-based; not guaranteed).

Responsibilities

• Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including commercial, insurance, municipal, and other civil litigation matters.
• Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and appeals as needed.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and negotiations.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and risk assessments to clients.
• Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop effective case strategies.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents.
