Job summary

Envision Unlimited is seeking a compassionate High-Intensity Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient mental health services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and co-occurring mental health conditions. This role primarily supports SSH and CLT programs in the South Suburban Chicagoland area, with travel to Kankakee and Aurora 1–2 times weekly.

The clinician will deliver neuro-affirming, trauma-informed care that integrates mental health treatment within the IDD

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based approaches.
• Conduct mental health assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical support.
• Collaborate with DSPs, QIDPs, families, guardians, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Deliver services in community settings, residential programs, day programs, and via telehealth.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.
