Job summary

Pioneer Center for Human Services in Woodstock, IL seeks an I/DD Therapist to deliver center-based therapy to adults with developmental disabilities. The role includes individual, group, or family therapy, assessment, and treatment planning within the Outpatient Services department.

Responsibilities include documentation, collaboration with community providers, and adherence to trauma-informed, evidence-based practice, with a Monday–Friday schedule and an exempt status.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active Illinois license (LCSW, LCPC, or LCP) required.
• Experience delivering therapy to adults with I/DD.
• Proficient in EHR documentation and clinical recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide center-based in-person therapy to adults with I/DD (individual, group, or family).
• Meet production standards of about 28 direct service hours per week.
• Complete all documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and community providers.
