Job summary

Brady Corporation, a global industrial technology leader, seeks a Global Treasury Manager to lead daily cash, liquidity, and financing strategies. You will manage intercompany funding, banking relationships, and risk management while partnering with executive leadership to optimize capital structure.

The role emphasizes accurate financial reporting, process improvement, and collaboration across Tax, Legal, and Accounting teams to sustain Brady’s growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience across Treasury, corporate finance, banking and/or audit.
• Global public company treasury experience desirable.
• Experience supporting large M&A transaction integrations desirable.
• CPA/CTP/CFA certifications desirable.
• Strong financial accounting and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash position and liquidity; coordinate short-term borrowing and investments.
• Plan global cash movements, intercompany loans, dividends, and repatriation with policy compliance.
• Oversee intercompany netting, cash pooling and FX hedging settlements.
• Support optimization of banking structure and integration of acquisitions.
