• Detail-oriented with a track record of leading high-profile events from planning to post-event completion.
• Proficient in event planning platforms and databases to manage registration, auctions, and donor data.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends to support events and school activities.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-impact fundraising events: plan, logistics, volunteer coordination, auctions, end-to-end event production for the annual Benefit and other major events.
• Strengthen parent and community engagement by liaising with the Parent's Association and managing communications and reservations.
• Collaborate across internal teams and vendors for seamless event execution.
• Maintain operational and data excellence by managing event platforms for precise ticketing, seating, donor tracking and records.
