Job summary

Mohegan Sun is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to execute high-volume email campaigns (2-3 million contacts per month) and manage complex segmentations. You will design content, coordinate deliveries across channels, and monitor performance with analytics tools to maximize sales and online revenue.

The role requires advanced HTML/CSS skills, Adobe Creative Suite experience, and strong collaboration and project management. A marketing degree and data privacy knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro).
• Knowledge of campaign management systems.
• Advanced HTML and CSS knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration, project management and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• In lieu of degree and experience, four years in email specialist role focusing on HTML and design may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Design email content to increase guest engagement and responses.
• Build and execute email communications with internal teams.
• Coordinate email deliveries with offers across channels.
• Monitor and report on email performance using analytics tools.
• Adhere to brand standards and SOPs; maintain documentation.
