CW Resources, Inc. is seeking an experienced Dining Facility Manager in Natick, MA to oversee all aspects of dining operations on a government installation, lead high-volume service, and develop strong teams.

You will drive performance through KPIs, budgeting, scheduling, and compliance, while delivering exceptional customer service to military personnel and authorized patrons.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least five years of progressive food service experience in high-volume operations.
• Three years in a supervisory/management role.
• Experience with workforce scheduling, labor distribution, and F&B systems.
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop team members to meet objectives.
• Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to efficiency and quality.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support goals.
• Resolve employee and operational issues promptly.
• Prepare reports and communicate updates to leadership.
