Job summary

Clark Construction Group is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day management of large-scale construction projects in our Texas region. You will develop comprehensive project plans, manage risks, and communicate with stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, contract administration expertise, and a proven ability to guide teams from start to finish while fostering safety and collaboration on active job sites.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience; working for a general contractor on large scale projects preferred.
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• DBIA and LEED Accreditation a plus
• Understanding of strategic, operational, and financial components of a construction project
• Ability to make timely and effective decisions

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting
• Manage contracts and understand all parties involved
• Secure permits and verify insurance coverage for subs
• Facilitate project meetings to coordinate work activity
• Lead, train, and develop project team members
• Prepare and submit monthly job status reports
• Lead project close-out including turnover of manuals and warranties
• Develop and maintain relationships with owner, engineering, and design firms
• Drive a culture of safety on the project site
• Support acquisition of new work via proposals and presentations
• Recruit top industry talent to Clark and retain outstanding people
• Exceed stakeholders’ expectations by anticipating needs and goals
