Willingness to work overtime a must. Electrical and welding experience is beneficial. Willing to train someone who is mechanical and a quick learner. **Job Requirements**: - High school diploma or equivalent preferred. - 3–5 years of experience in using hand and power tools - 3-5 years of commercial coiling overhead door installation and repairs - Stick welding experience - Ability to install edge of docks and weld on bumpers - Electrical experience with installing motor operators and gate operators - Ability to run floor loops - Ability to troubleshoot high speed doors - Ability to read drawings and use basic measurement tools. - Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, safety, and documentation. - Good communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods. - Ability to climb extension ladders - Experience with safe operation of scissor lift and forklift**Compensation**: Hourly pay rate of $27.00 to $35.00 (DOE) + medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401K with company match.
